We believe that practicing yoga comfortably while on vacation is the best way to love ourselves: our yoga classes will allow you to recharge your energy and regenerate safely, surrendering yourself to a full immersion in the natural beauty of our oasis in Sardinia.
The yoga experience is the ideal time to find your balance and rejuvenate your body and mind with intense physical training that will make you feel inspired, refreshed, balanced and at peace with yourself.
The program includes two or three morning yoga lessons per week.
Upon request you can enjoy purifying herbal teas at the bar and special vegetarian and vegan menus at the restaurant.
To complete the “total wellness experience” the campground is a great place for meditating and for reading and feeding your mind.
